Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing / Branding team to ensure UX/UI designs are compliant and approved in line with the global brand strategy, design governance process, and DSV’s digital experience framework.

  • Collaborate effectively with Business, Product, and Development teams to shape and deliver a unified design vision and strategy.

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers.

  • Create and present storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.

  • Lead discovery sessions and brainstorming workshops to conceptualize design ideas and identify improvements.
