UX Director

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a UX Director to join our Shared Development Services area. In this role, you will shape and elevate the end-to-end player experience across the CD PROJEKT RED ecosystem, bringing together design, insights, analytics, and player-facing services under a unified, player-centric vision.

As the company’s leading advocate for player needs and behaviors, you will ensure that player experience considerations inform strategic, product, design, and technology decisions across our portfolio.
