We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin (Hybrid)!
Responsibilities
+ Apply and expand existing design system components in Figma
+ Support migration of digital experiences to a new platform
+ Create design specifications and implementation guidance for engineers
+ Review completed work and provide UX feedback
+ Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams
+ Help make practical, user-focused decisions in an agile environment
Required Qualifications
+ UX or Product Design experience
+ Strong design systems experience
+ Advanced Figma skills
+ Experience working closely with front-end engineering teams
+ Ability to create reusable patterns, documentation, and guidance
+ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
