Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to support the design and delivery of complex digital services for a public sector organization.
Contract: August 2026 – March 31, 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX design initiatives from concept through production
- Create user-centered digital experiences for web applications and online services
- Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys
- Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences
- Leverage AI-powered design and research tools to improve design efficiency and user insights
