Job Description:
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer IV to support the design and delivery of internal, employee-facing platforms used by frontline teams including call center agents, chat support, and field technicians. This role focuses on building highly functional, efficient, and practical tools that enhance employee-to-employee (E2E) experiences, improve performance, and drive better customer outcomes (CX) through improved employee experience (EX).
