Main purpose of job

• The main purpose of this position is to supervise a well-organized and profitable Pre-Owned department.
• The above outcome will be considered successful under the following conditions:
• Professional, knowledgeable, and competent staff.
• Timeous service, meeting / exceeding client requirement / expectations.
• Follow up systems and processes.
• Profitable business, i.e., target within budget.

Relationships and personal activities

• Directly responsible to: General Manager/DP.
• Responsible for: Sales Staff, Drivers, and Cleaners.
• Relationships with: Other company managers, Service Manager, Sales Manager, Financial Manager, Parts Manager, Manufacturer, Suppliers.
