Job Description
**Description:** The Sniper Domestic and Affordability Senior Program Manager is a leadership position covering the Sniper domestic scope, as well as being the program affordability lead. This role will lead proposals and contract execution for the United States Air Force (USAF) Sniper fleet and the multiple aircraft platform program offices. In addition, this role includes shaping and leading the affordability efforts on the program across all functions, aiding in performance improvements and supporting our competitiveness in the market.
Key to the overall Sniper strategy, is leveraging strong USAF customer relationships, aiding in expansion into new technology developments and international work – the responsibility of the person in this role. In addition, with Sniper being in a competitive market, working to reduce unit costs is critical.
