Reporting to the US Public Sector (USPS) Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, the USPS Engineering Strategy & Planning (S&P) Leader will drive a high level of efficiency and effectiveness across the engineering organization. From enablement to execution, recognition to coaching, the S&P Leader will ensure clear proactive communications, simple and aligned processes, and a feedback loop of continuous improvement to maximize customer time and customer impact for SEs and SE Leaders. You will work closely with peers in other theaters to share and replicate success, with Americas and WW Solutions Engineering S&P to align as well as advocate for our customer’s and engineer’s needs, and with the USPS S&P Director on the engineering aspects of theater priorities.
