Requirements:
- Licensed in New York (NY) or New Jersey (NJ) (one or both preferred)
- Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
- Comfortable providing telehealth/remote patient care
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
Work Schedule:
Weekdays (Monday–Friday):
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):
- Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
- Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST
