Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, offer discussions, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales Teams, and Delivery Managers to understand hiring priorities.
