We are seeking an experienced Senior US HR Operations to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations supporting the US workforce. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR service delivery, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, audits, and stakeholder management. This role requires leading HR Operations teams, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance with US regulations, and delivering a seamless employee experience.
