Job Description
Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a USRN QA to monitor and evaluate call quality for our US Healthcare BPO account. You will audit calls, provide coaching, and help close performance gaps to ensure client guidelines and healthcare compliance are met.
The ideal candidate has active PHRN and USRN licenses, at least 2 years in QA within a BPO healthcare setting, and willingness to work onsite in Ortigas night shifts. Strong analytics and communication are essential.
