Job Description
Urgent Opening: Customer Care Specialist – Healthcare Support
Location: Mandaluyong Site (Highly accessible via MRT and EDSA)
Work Setup: Full-time, On-site
Deployment: Immediate
The Financial Package
Monthly Salary: Up to ₱31,000 total monthly offer
Retention Bonus: ₱780 daily bonus (ongoing until further notice)
Fast Payout: Retention bonus is released in your very first salary tranche!
Health Benefits: Full medical benefits (HMO) starting on your Day 1
Candidate Profile
Experience: At least 6 months of continuous BPO experience (Prior healthcare experience is a massive advantage).
Communication: Strong conversational English proficiency is strictly required.
Availability: Ready for immediate hiring/deployment to support our urgent launch.
Location: Willing to work on-site at our Mandaluyong office.
