NTT Data Services is looking for a UNIX & SQL Production Support Engineer to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).
Location: Itaim Bibi, Sao Paulo
Responsibilities
- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages.
- Support Product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
- Continually focus on enhancing the performance of applications.
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
- Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams.
- Perform detailed RCA of issues in production and implement corrective actions.
- Demonstrate validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment.
