We are looking for an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Teacher to join an international academic team in China, based at a partner university in Nanchang, Jiangxi province. This postion is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year starting in September 2026.
Job Details
In this role, the educator will contribute to the delivery of the EAP curriculum, supporting university students to develop the academic English skills required for success in international higher education pathways
- Deliver EAP curriculum to undergraduate students in Years 1 to 3
- Support development of students' academic reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Facilitate tutorials and student engagement activities, including English Corner sessions
- Assist students preparing for the institution's Direct Entry Program (DEP)
- Participate in co-teaching alongside local academic staff
