This individual will be dependable and hands-on to support the upkeep and readiness of a residential community. This role is responsible for preparing vacant suites for occupancy, ensuring all units meet established quality standards prior to resident move-in. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, cleaning, and property support functions while contributing to a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
