Job Summary
The Sales Unit Head is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening the organization’s OFW credit business. The incumbent should have an in-depth understanding of the industry, including the regulations and compliance, and the different models it can leverage on to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and planning
- Develop the overall strategy, admission criteria, tiered management system, and annual/quarterly growth targets for the LC network.
