Position: Unit Manager – Micro LAP (Loan Against Property)

Experience - 2+ Years
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Regional Manager
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve Micro LAP business targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned geography through field marketing and relationship-building activities.
- Drive monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
Collections & Portfolio Management
- Ensure timely collection of EMIs and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Improve bucket-wise collection efficiency and minimize delinquency.
- Coordinate with the collections team to recover overdue accounts.
