Scheduled: Contingent/Night Shift- 7:00pm-7:30am
GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of an assigned clinical area.
Responsibilities:
+ Greets patients, visitors, and new admissions. Answers general inquiries and schedules patients for appointments. Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls.
+ Performs general clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Creates various reports and documents as assigned. Helps patients/residents with basic technology and social media.
+ Communicates with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare team members about patient care.
+ Performs unit safety checks. Assists with meeting patient needs and escalates as appropriate.
+ May assist with meals, pass and collect trays, pass out activities, and transport patients/residents through facility.
