About The Role
As a Union Building Operator, you will be responsible to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property. This position will be an 8-hour day shift. Time to be determined. Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Attend tenant calls primarily relating to Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), will also include mechanical or electrical issues, review and approve tenant permit requests and other customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Inspect and maintain all mechanical equipment, and the reporting of any operational or mechanical deficiencies for repair, including taking equipment temperature and pressure readings.
- Monitor and operate building environmental systems to ensure proper operation including troubleshooting and programming of automation system controls.
