Role Overview The Department is seeking to appoint a Unified Communications Support Engineer / Administrator (Junior) to join the Microsoft 365 Implementation Unit within the Unified Communications Team. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 technical support for the Department's Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Teams, Unified Communications technologies, Mobile Voice & Data Services, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
