The eFC/eForms initiative supports Singapore’s healthcare digitalisation by enabling paperless workflows and improved patient experience. This project covers 1) site deployment and 2) system integration with HealthHub+ across multiple institutions and clusters.

Workstreams

• Workstream 1: Site Deployment (SingHealth Cluster – KKH & Kaki Bukit Polyclinic)
  • Coordinate and facilitate login lab sessions for site onboarding
  • Perform Technical Dry Runs (TDR) to ensure readiness of devices (e.g., Topaz signature pads) prior to go‑live
