Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
2+ years of underwriting experience (experience in P&C insurance is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Candidates will less experience may be considered for an Assistant Underwriter position.
