Become an Underground Operations Leader at Windsor Salt and elevate safe mining practices. This role focuses on compliance, safety, and strategic mine planning in a challenging underground environment.
Windsor Salt is looking for a Mine Superintendent with a collaborative approach to leadership and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all underground production while ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to. You will work alongside various teams to manage operational budgets effectively and contribute to the long-term planning of mine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead efficient production while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance
• Manage ventilation and dust control systems effectively
• Coordinate short- and long-term mine planning strategies
• Sustain underground infrastructure and oversee capital improvements
• Provide coaching and support to frontline supervisors
