Overview

This is a key Senior Management position within a leading international miner poised to more than double gold production. The role reports to the Mine General Manager and directs tactical and strategic mining plans ensuring safe and productive departmental performance.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of people, safety, partnerships, and production.
• Direct tactical and strategic mining plans.
• Ensure departmental performance is executed safely and productively.
• Provide direct influence on the development and delivery of the mine’s strategic business plan.

Qualifications

• Career underground expertise with progressive supervisory experience, minimum Superintendent role, preferably Management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
