Job Description
This role provides effective construction coordination services to the Goderich client project in accordance with the Client’s Project management principles of Safety, Quality, Scope, Schedule, and Cost. This role is primarily an individual contributor role that provides support to the Construction Manager. This role adds value by monitoring conditions in the field (Safety, Quality, Scope, Schedule, and Cost) that could adversely affect the effective execution of Projects and recommends corrective actions as required for successful completion of the Project. The Construction Coordinator works collaterally with his/her peers in the Project Team and cross functionally with all other areas of the operations to execute the overall construction plan developed by the Construction Manager, and his/her team.
