We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Undergraduate Project Surveyor to join our Quantity Surveying team and gain some seriously cool hands‑on experience with building projects! You’ll work alongside senior Project Surveyors learning all about cost management, tendering and keeping projects on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Help measure quantities for cost plans, estimates and bills of quantities.
• Get involved in preparing tender docs, viability studies and cost estimates.
• Assist with keeping costs under control throughout projects.
• Provide valuable input for financial claims and evaluate changes in cost reports.
• Help prepare change orders and test market rates.
• Maintain technical libraries and databases for cost analysis.
