Unqualified Teaching Assistant - SEND & SEMH
Blackburn, Lancashire
£110 per day
Start Date: 22/06/2026
Full-Time | Term Time Only | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Unqualified Teaching Assistant to work within specialist provisions in the Blackburn area, supporting students with SEND and SEMH additional needs.
This is a full-time, term-time only role offering a rewarding opportunity to support young people both academically and emotionally within a structured specialist setting.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
