Job DescriptionWe are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to work on‑site from our Cape Town office. The role will be part of an international innovative campaign, delivering excellent customer service to a global client base.
Qualifications Minimum 6 months of international call centre experience (customer service, sales or chat/email) – essential. Fluent in German – essential. Experience in travel, e‑commerce, retail and fintech – advantageous. Pass Grade 12 – essential. Clear credit and criminal record – essential. Ability to work shifts in a 24‑hour environment – essential. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer experiences at all times. Verify and update customer information.
