Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for games across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, console).
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
- Collaborate with game designers to align UI/UX with gameplay mechanics and player psychology.
- Create and maintain UI systems, design guidelines, and style guides.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and playtesting to refine player experience.
- Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior designers and provide design direction and feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Iterate designs based on analytics, player feedback, and business goals.
