The Unified Communications Sr Engineer – Cloud provides technical leadership, architectural direction, and end-to-end ownership of global cloud-based Unified Communications and Contact Center platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, design, migration, operational reliability, and continuous improvement of UCaaS and CCaaS services, with a primary focus on Webex Calling and Cloud Contact Center. This position serves as a senior technical authority across cloud migration initiatives, hybrid architectures, PSTN/SBC integrations, and global service delivery. The role partners closely with IT leadership, security, network teams, managed service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient communications services that support global operations.
