Draganfly Innovations Inc. is seeking a skilled UAV In-House Counsel with 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic legal setting. This role focuses on providing legal advice on commercial deals and regulatory practices.
As part of Draganfly’s legal workforce, your primary responsibility will be to draft, analyze, and negotiate various legal agreements while supporting compliance with aviation regulations and intellectual property. You'll act as a key advisor to internal teams, managing litigation and guiding corporate governance. Your ability to simplify complex legal matters will be vital in this collaborative role.
