Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced UAT Testing Lead (Back Office) to lead a team of testers supporting the modernization of Back Office Transaction Processing Systems and Applications. This role requires strong expertise in QA methodologies, leadership capability, and experience in financial services operations, preferably within Mutual Fund Transfer Agency or back-office transaction processing .
The successful candidate will oversee the full User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle , ensuring business requirements are validated, risks are mitigated, and systems meet operational and regulatory standards before implementation.
