*ABOUT THE ACADEMY* The *Montana Youth Challenge Academy (MYCA)*, operated under the Department of Military Affairs, provides a structured, academic, and life-skills-based program for youth ages 16 to 18 who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives. The program runs two 22-week residential sessions per year, serving approximately 110 Cadets in each session. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *JOB OVERVIEW* The *Tutor* supports the academic success of Cadets by providing individualized and small-group instruction in core subjects, including *Math, English, Science, and Social Studies*. This position plays an important role in helping students strengthen foundational knowledge, complete coursework, and achieve academic goals during their time at MYCA.
