About the Role
This role is a Turbomachinery Mechanical Design Engineer based in Barcelona, directly impacting the design and development of Pangea’s aerospike engine and other advanced rocket engines. The position requires leadership, creativity, innovation, and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop turbine pump components such as pumps, turbine rotors, casings, seals, and bearings with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Lead the creation of detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and GD&T‑compliant documentation using CAD tools (preferably Siemens NX).
