Major/Essential Functions

  • Conduct biomedical research in the Keyel lab
  • Work with murine and human models of arterial calcification
  • Perform membrane repair assays
  • Analyze data generated by experiments
  • Maintain electronic lab records
  • Support lab operations
  • Professionally communicate
  • Work independently and in a team
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior biomedical research experience
  • Experience with laboratory rodent handling and husbandry
  • Ability to dissect murine aortas
  • Competence in mammalian cell culture
  • Experience with successful organoid culture
  • Experience with flow cytometry
  • Experience with vascular biology
