A leading aerospace and defense client is seeking a Sr. Lead Systems Engineer VI to lead their Space Systems Engineering team in Englewood, CO. This individual will oversee the design, integration, and verification of advanced space systems along with their associated ground and launch systems. Day-to-day, this person will lead and mentor a team of systems engineers, managing tasking, planning, and execution while driving development of key systems engineering deliverables including system architecture, requirements, CONOPS, and trade studies. They will act as an IPT Lead, owning technical, cost, and schedule performance while also stepping in hands-on to resolve complex technical challenges as needed.
