About the role
RVS CARGO SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Trucking Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our dynamic team in Binondo, Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and scheduling the movement of freight and goods using our fleet of trucks
- Monitoring the status of shipments and providing updates to clients on delivery timelines
- Liaising with drivers, dispatchers, and other logistics team members to ensure seamless transportation
- Maintaining detailed records of shipment information, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and any discrepancies
- Identifying and resolving any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the operations team to optimise routes and improve overall efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries
