Job Purpose
Herc Rentals is seeking a hands‑on Fleet Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of a diverse truck fleet operating from our Finch location. This is primarily a shop-based role (100%) , responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and upfitting work on pickup trucks, Ford F‑550/F‑750s, and other fleet vehicles.
What you will do
- Follow a consistent and regular schedule to perform various types of maintenance on heavy equipment, construction equipment and various pieces of machinery at various job sites.
- Repair assorted heavy equipment as required to ensure proper operating condition.
