Truck Mechanic

Full-time Engineering

A truck mechanic / diesel technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs and maintains heavy duty trucks and commercial vehicles.

Typical Duties

• Perform PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) oil changes, filters, fluid checks, tire rotations and brake inspections etc.
• Inspect engine and identify mechanical issues in drive train (transmission, driveshaft, axles, differential).
• Inspect and repair braking systems, suspension, and steering components.

Skills Required

• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel and gasoline engines.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Physically fit and able to work in a garage or field environment.
• Good communication with drivers and operations team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
