🏭 Job Description:
We are currently hiring Trimmers for the 3rd shift at our Conneaut facility. As a Trimmer, you will be working from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday. This is a full-time position, and the pay starts at $ per hour. The role involves working with fiberglass and assisting with the operation of compression molding presses and other equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products for our customers. You must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
🔨 Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the trimmer's Press Close station correctly and promptly.
- Safely and efficiently unload molded products from the mold.
- Conduct equipment checks at the start of the shift and communicate any deviations from the normal process to the Supervisor.
