Responsibilities:

• Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and system tools to manage contract and Statement Of Accounts (SOAs) processes, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and deliver compliant, efficient service.
• Ensure SOAs are processed on a timely basis and remind the cedant to submit SOAs, ensuring all contractual and warranty conditions are met.
• Input accounting/claims process for Request for Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Implement processes to carry out reinsurance audit/reviews with clients and reinsurers and reviews on premium activity, reconcile records to facilitate the review/audit process to ensure process quality.
• Collaborate with peers on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments, supporting and providing training, mentoring and guidance within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service proce...
