Job Description
1. JOB OVERVIEW
The Treasury Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations. This role ensures the timely processing of payments, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, cash positioning, and gateway funding while maintaining adequate liquidity to support business operations. In high-volume environments, the Treasury Officer plays a key role in safeguarding the company's cash flow by ensuring accurate treasury execution, supporting financial controls, and collaborating with internal teams and banking partners to maintain efficient, compliant, and reliable treasury operations.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Cash Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash balances and customer withdrawal volumes. Forecast short-term and long-term cash needs to ensure all operational bank accounts and payment gateways are adequately funded with a comfortable coverage buffer.
