Responsibilities:
· Perform user entitlements across global online banking systems, maintaining access for 1000+ users and 2000+ bank accounts
· Review and manage daily Positive Pay exceptions, coordinating with subsidiaries and preparing monthly reporting
· Maintain banking compliance records, including Treasury Signature Matrices and audit documentation
· Support treasury operations through merchant services tasks, ad-hoc analysis, and process improvements
