Job Description
Business Unit: Enterprise Services Group
Responsibilities
- Collect deposits from clients with Deposit Pick-Up (DPU) Agreements.
- Deliver cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements.
- Serve clients with change fund accommodations.
- Ensure accurate verification and balancing of cash, validate deposits only to authorized accounts, and strictly comply with standard operating procedures related to Job Mandate.
- Validate deposits through the T4S, vouch own deposit slips, Cash Transfer Slips (CTS), and General Ledger (GL) transaction slips to ensure accuracy.
- Verify cash and checks.
- Perform end-of-day balancing and turnover of cash to the Cash Officer.
- Service branches for cash requirements, ATM cash replenishment, and retrieval using various modes of transportation such as armored car, aircraft, and seacraft.
