Travel & Scheduling Specialist - Dubai Based

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly organized Travel & Scheduling Specialist to join a dynamic Operations Control Center (OCC) based in Dubai.

This role is focused on crew scheduling, crew logistics, travel coordination, and ensuring compliance with crew duty and rest requirements while supporting worldwide flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage crew scheduling activities within the Leon scheduling system
• Coordinate crew positioning, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and ground transportation
• Ensure crew members remain legally compliant, qualified, and current for assigned duties
• Monitor flight duty time limitations and crew rest requirements
• Coordinate crew changes and travel arrangements during operational disruptions
