Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leisure & MICE Planning and Execution:
o Design, manage, and execute end-to-end travel itineraries and events for leisure and MICE clients.
o Develop creative travel solutions to meet diverse client requirements.
2. Bedbank and DMC Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with Bedbanks and DMCs to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless service delivery.
o Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and address any service issues promptly.
3. Geographic Expertise:
o Provide in-depth consultation on destinations in Europe, the USA, the Far East, and the GCC.
o Stay updated on regional travel trends, attractions, and logistical considerations.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
o Resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and offer personalized recommendations.
