Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Claims Processor – Health to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing medical claims submitted under travel insurance policies. You will assess claim eligibility, verify supporting documentation, and ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with customers, healthcare providers, assistance partners, and internal teams to deliver timely claim resolutions and exceptional customer service.
