Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist provision in Horsham that supports boys with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants who can build strong relationships and provide consistent, positive support.

This is a highly rewarding role where every small breakthrough is a big achievement.

Your role will include:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Helping manage behaviour in a calm, proactive way
• Encouraging emotional regulation and confidence-building
• Assisting with engaging, practical learning activities
