Responsibilities

• Supervises and schedules driver activities to ensure all orders are delivered the next day, obtains proof-of-deliveries and customer signatures, and ensures returns are picked up with proper documentation.
• Provides direction to drivers, gives feedback, trains, hires, coaches, and terminates drivers.
